Your Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Catering Manager to take ownership of this multi-product unit, their products can be best described as Pure Indulgence - a treat for our growing number of customers. We keep it that way by having a great team who share a passion for the product. You will be managing a small team ensuring excellent Service is given at all times whilst ensuring a smooth operation. You will be fully responsible for the financial running of the unit. About You You will have full accountability for the financial performance and quality of service for this busy unit. Youll need to be self motivated, financially astute and a great people person, leading by example and coaching your staff where necessary to deliver the best level of service. Your strong management skills will be essential and you will have all-round experience of managing a team and all the processes that go with it (i.e. appraisals / disciplinary / absence management).
