Job Role: Running a restaurant for this successful brand is commercial management in its fullest sense. As a Deputy Manager, you'll assist the General Manager in setting targets, plan budgets, control stock, recruit, and train and inspire your team, create and drive marketing campaigns and build bridges with the local community. In affect you would be in charge of your own department. If you have the ambition and energy to fuel your team then this could be the ideal opportunity to develop your career and fully enjoy progression to a General Manager.
