Apply now Golf Centre requires a Second Chef, to replace the current chef who has been promoted. Ideally the candidate will have hotel related experience & be well versed in short order cooking & function work. Will be ordering stock, prepping etc. The ability to work under ones own initiative will be an advantage. The position will operate on a 5 day out of 7 basis, so will include weekends & bank holidays. Applicants must hold Food Safety certificates. Morning shift: 7am-4pm. Afternoon shift: 12 noon - 10pm.
