This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly person to build a career in a high profile retail catering company. Excellent training is offered and great company benefits. We are seeking applicants from either catering, food retail, restaurant backgrounds who wish to work sociable hours in a clean, professional environment. The store is open 8am till 5.30 pm, monday to Saturday and you will be required to work 5 days on a rota basis, average 45 hours per week. You will need a strong understanding of stock control ie ordering goods, returns, dealing with deliveries, cashing up tills, banking money, ensuring all food and hygiene standards are adhered to, training and development of staff and COSHH. You must be a hands on manager and prepared to take on varied roles in the business such as serving customers, food preparation, administration etc. We are looking for someone with flair and ideas, who enjoys sales and promotions, hitting and exceeding targets.
