Job Role: - Management and motivation of the team - To maximise unit sales - To ensure unit cleanliness - To comply with Health and Safety regulations - Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures - Deliver excellent customer service - Manage, develop and motivate your team - Rostering the team in accordance with business needs Key Attributes: - Management experience in a customer facing environment - Previous catering experience not necessarily from a fast food background - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development - Problem solving and decision making - Effective planning and time management - Passionate about driving sales - FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL This is a role that would allow the successful individual to progress their career into other areas of our client's business, such as retail and hotel management.
