Restaurant Manager An historic and charming town centre hotel in Cirencester is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the existing management team. There are two exciting restaurants within the hotel, one being a thriving and busy bistro which is open both lunchtime and evenings, offering a choice of mouth-watering dishes. The other more traditional restaurant offering Sunday lunches and traditional evening fayre. Many local business functions are held in the traditional restaurant. Salary: £15k - £20k Depending on Experience Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis Duties: To oversee the smooth running of both restaurants, ensuring staff rotas are updated and maintaining ordering/stocking of wine cellars.
