This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make there own mark in the kitchen!!! My client is a well known hotel and restaurant that has established themselves in the area as being a great place to eat. All produce is fresh and they take pride in the quality of their cuisine.. The kitchen is cosy and there is only . They produce around 30-40 covers during week nights and around 70 over the weekends. They have a small but very extreme menu that offers a lovely combination and choice, flavours and ingredients. We are looking for someone that can really make there mark, possibly add dishes to the menu and run a specials board. This would suit a Head chef who wants to get out of a stressful restaurant and to really concentrate on quality. Being passionate about your work is essesntial... We can also offer accommodation for this position.
