Our client is looking for an experienced individual to work and develop exceptional relationships within their Catering Management Team. For this demanding and extremely rewarding position you will be required to deliver high standards of expertise within the following areas. Managing a team of Chefs over various sites Liaising with Management within the organisation Deliver exceptional levels within hospitality services Large scale staff menu?s Manage Health & Safety and Food Safety Planning of work schedules Input into current menu compilations and using creativity to development of menus Qualifications Minimum 706 ? 1 / 2 Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate City & Guilds Craft Trainer or D32 Certificate The ideal candidate will have restaurant and high volume catering experience
