Job Role: As a result of brand expansion our client has a vacancy for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager in running a busy restaurant to a very high service standard, whilst driving sales and maintaining maximum profit. You will also be responsible for the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
