Catering Manager The Company: Our client is an established retailer with several hundred stores across the UK, who pride themselves on customer service, value and quality of product. Job Role: To enhance value to their customers, our client operates a catering offering at 31 of their outlets. They operate as either restaurants coffee shops or tea rooms. They offer traditional food, and will be both regional and seasonal as appropriate to the market place. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the section to ensure consistent delivery of targets and standards. The key results areas of the role are: - Sales development - People management and development - Cost centre management - Communication - Style and behaviour - Health and Safety Key Skills and Experience: - Previous management experience in a customer-facing environment ? preferably in a restaurant / catering setting - Influencing and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Training and coaching skills
