Your Role As a Manager, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a restaurant or catering environment and at least 2 of those will be in a managerial role. You will have a strong proven management background, supporting and leading a large team as well as exposure to profit and loss and operational matters. Confident and assertive, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills and problem solving will be your forte! Full Driving License is Essential.
