Area Catering Manager An Area Catering Manager is required for the management of all operational and commercial aspects of the JAS catering services based in Brighton. Due to the nature of this role, extensive travelling may be required between contracted sites in the south. Working as a member of the facilities management team, you will have management experience, a sound knowledge of health and safety, excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy.
