A premier African cuisine caterer who wants to train a newly qualified commis chef with a minimum of NVQ level 2. You will be based at the restaurant in East London, where you will be fully trained in all areas of African cuisine. You will also be required to work with their events team who travel around London specialising in African events, functions, weddings and banquets. Your normal week will entail 20 to 30 hours work per week, but this is subject to change to more hours after your initial probation period.
